Hello, It was the worst thing when I come cross to buy from Rivoly ... First and last time on my life.. The employees don't have good communication skills They keep tell us about the offer more than the actual price that u will going to pay.. I choose a watch he told me 240 and he debit 500 ... Really get upset cz he has to be sure about the amount before debit the card What happens .. I don't want the watch and I want my money Now two weeks they didn't return it and everyday they said tomorrow Whoever want to buy a watch never ever go to them It's just somthing *** from them !!! Return my 500 BD now!!

Terrible Customer Care

Hello there, I normally do not place any complaints but this time your service really went beyond my lowest expectations!!! I went to the rivoli shop in Dubai Mall and wanted to order a new strap for my watch and I was told that they need to send the watch to get the new strap??!! (The model is not enough apparently) I was informed that would take around 30 to 45 days, I received one message around 2 weeks later telling me the price and If I would like to go ahead, which I did. That was It!! No-one ever contacted me again. I went to the shop 60 days later and no sign of my watch the lady had no idea when and where is my watch or when would I receive it. She told me she would call me back, guess what?? Nothing again. I called the shop another 2 weeks later and still not sign of my watch and no apology for not calling back or for the long delay!! Today I received a call asking if I still want the strap or not!! This is ridiculous!!!! I just want my watch back now!! Or wait I got another call and guess what… The lady is telling me that the strap is unavailable!!!!! My gosh this is a joke!! It only took her 3 months to tell me that!!! What a great service!!! I want my watch back!!!!!!!!!

Worst service ever seen. They cheat customers.

Brought cat brand from them. The watch had manufactured defect but they didn't accept even give it to repair but didn't work.
